A university-launched research and development venture that aims to implement new services and products into society is a place where they can truly demonstrate their abilities.<\/span>However, many R&D ventures face challenges in recruiting human resources. It is difficult for venture companies with limited resources to continue to find enthusiastic human resources on their own, and it is also not easy for students to access recruitment information on venture companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, many venture companies are currently focusing on mid-career and veteran personnel in search of immediate and effective human resources, but in order to enhance the strength of the organization and achieve growth, it is necessary to have leaders who have a deep understanding of the company's philosophy and culture and who can lead the company in the future. Until I learned about entrepreneurship, I myself had never thought that there was a way to connect basic research to social implementation. I strongly felt that continuing my research as a company was the best way to directly attack solving social issues, so I decided to start my own business. Of course it is necessary to learn business and management, but the appeal of a venture company is that you can take on the challenge of research and development with a big vision.<\/p>\n

When I began my job search, I had only an image of a major company as a job that would have an impact on society, but after actually seeing a variety of venture companies, I changed my mind. Venture companies do not have the abundance of know-how and assets that large companies have, but the experience of creating the core of the company by myself, including the organizational systems and product commercialization process, is an attractive aspect of the job that I have newly discovered for myself. I was fortunate to have met people who were serious about going from research to social implementation.<\/p>\n
