Meeting Research Seeds and Management Talent Accelerates Solutions to Global Issues

In the start-up phase of a deep-tech venture, more important than matching backgrounds and abilities and the accuracy of the business plan is a mindset that is passionate about implementing science and technology in society and solving social issues, and that continues to learn, change, and challenge on its own. For the above reasons, GERMINATION REACTOR targets science and engineering students and young people under the age of 40 who are interested in founding a business with R&D as management candidates, and will form a management team centered on an educational program to foster the mindset necessary for management. This is a new venture building program where researchers with research seeds and future management candidates learn together and think concretely about the possibility of founding a company.

This program is operated under the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO)'s FY2024 "Project for Supporting the Recruitment of Management Professionals in University Startups (MPM)".
