Students and young talents] Change the world through research✕ business! Special seminar for students and young professionals!
Ltd. is now targeting master's, doctoral, and other students studying at universities and graduate schools, as well as young talents who have been in entrepreneurial employment for several years,GERMINATION REACTOR1 As part of the "Changing the world through research✕ business! Special Seminar" will be held (free of charge)*2
In this seminar, under the theme of "The Attraction of Working in a Venture Business to Young Talent," managers of deep-tech ventures who started their own businesses between the ages of 20 and 40 and are working to solve social issues will share their real stories from their own perspectives.
Also, on the occasion of the seminar,GERMINATION REACTORThe project and participant recruitment will also be explained.
Those who are interested in utilizing their own research as well as the excellent research seeds already available at universities to solve social issues are encouraged to participate.

Graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology, School of Bioscience and Biotechnology. In June 2002, he launched LIVERNESS Corporation and was appointed as Director and CFO. Since December 2014, he has been the managing director of the Real Tech Fund, an investment fund specializing in university-launched R&D ventures, and since January 2020, he has been the representative director of Liverness Capital Inc.

Mr. Kota Machida
Born in 1992. Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering. Spent his childhood in the Netherlands and became interested in environmental issues. In October 2021, he founded fabula Co., Ltd. with three childhood friends from elementary school with the aim of "valorizing all kinds of garbage. He finds stories in garbage discarded as worthless, and creates excitement out of garbage. His favorite food waste is mandarin orange peels. He enjoys traveling and has been to more than 60 countries. His favorite city is Venice.

Yoshinori Mizuguchi
In 2015, while a master's student at the Graduate School of Bioscience and Biotechnology, Tokyo University of Science, he co-founded and became a director of Metagen Inc. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Keio University, Graduate School of Business Administration. After working at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and Japan Bank for International Cooperation, he worked at the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo (Specially Appointed Researcher) and Japan Science and Technology Agency (ACCEL Program Manager). Since joining RIVANES, he has been responsible for supporting the commercialization of research results by researchers and the investment and development of venture companies. He also serves as Representative Director of GLOKA LINK Corporation, Representative Director of KOBATA HOLDINGS Corporation, and Outside Director of Chalenagy Corporation.

Mr. Tasuku Yanagisawa
D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. During his studies, he conducted research on functional polymeric materials in Takuzo Aida Laboratory. He joined Cell Fiber in February 2018, became a director in May of the same year, and became a representative director in June 2019. Immediately after joining the company, he has been a principal investigator in research projects funded by AMED, NEDO, and other organizations, and has been a driving force behind Cellular Fiber's business.
GERMINATION REACTOR is developed by LIVERNESS Corporation. The purpose of GERMINATION REACTOR is to create and foster university-launched startups and create new industries by fostering entrepreneurs in the field of deep-tech and helping university-launched startups secure human resources who are willing to start their own businesses or participate in the management of startups.
