Sankei Engineering, which develops the one and only high-precision inspection technology, will participate in the Ad Venture Forum!

【参加学生募集中】アド・ベンチャーフォーラム 唯一無二の高精度検査技術を開発する、サンケイエンジニアリングが参加決定!

LIVERNESS Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of a career forum for young researchers, including master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral students, who are conducting research at universities and graduate schools, called "LIVERNESSAdd Venture Forum in TokyoThe "International Forum on Semiconductor Device Inspection" will be held on November 10, 2024 in Tokyo, Japan. Ltd., a pioneer of spring-type contact probes that are indispensable for electrical inspection of semiconductor devices, etc., has been selected to participate in this forum.

The company is a manufacturer that has created a unique product in the world, the Outer Spring Probe. This product is often used in special environments, such as in the manufacture of miniaturized and highly integrated semiconductor devices that support the 5th generation mobile communication system (5G) and the age of generative AI. Because it is used in a niche field, the challenges that arise are unique, and there is no established discipline as a specialized field. The company's engineers come up with new methods on their own, using their imaginative power, awareness, inquisitive minds, ability to gather information on their surroundings, and other abilities to find solutions and create answers by utilizing the knowledge and expertise they have accumulated.

Ad Venture Forum is not only for those who want to take on the challenges of the above jobs,We are looking to meet researchers who are interested in measuring and cultivating "sensitivity" in their work, such as "sensitivity to information antennas" and "a mindset to appropriately enjoy work full of unknowns. If you would like to challenge yourself with "questions" unique to industrialization, please join us at the Adventure Forum and Sankei Engineering's booth.

How do we identify "sensitivity" in our work?

Our work requires more than knowledge; it requires the ability to "draw out the true needs of the customer" and "identify where the real issues lie. It is also important to be able to draw a roadmap that leads to the solution of the issue and to give concrete shape to that roadmap. We are engaged in our work while making full use of these abilities, such as the power of imagination, awareness, inquisitiveness, and gathering information about the surroundings. However, not many people possess these abilities. We already have the systems in place to produce a certain output, but the next step is to face the question, "What can we do to produce better results? The next step is to face the question, "What can we do to produce better results? In comparing those who are able to do this and those who are not, we found that the main difference is "How sensitive are they to other issues? We call this ability "sensitivity. We defined this ability as "sensitivity," and set a new challenge: how do we determine whether or not people have sensitivity, how do we measure it, and how do we develop it? We have set a new challenge: How do we identify, measure, and develop sensitivity? Management and sensitivity, work output and psychology, and how to develop sensitivity at work? What is sensitivity at work in the first place? If you are interested in these topics, please visit our booth.
