Ltd. is pleased to announce the launch of a new career forum for young researchers, such as master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral researchers working at universities and graduate schools, called "REVANES, Inc.Ad Venture Forum Tokyowill be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025. Japan Moss Factory, a venture company that enriches people's lives and the global environment through moss cultivation technology, has been selected to participate in this forum. Students, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and others who wish to take on the challenge of world-changing research and development are cordially invited to attend the Ad Venture Forum, where they can interact with the company.

Harnessing the power of moss that has yet to be harnessed to solve the Earth's problems

Japan Moss Factory, Inc. was founded in 2019 with the vision of "protecting the global environment with moss" and based on the technology for mass cultivation of moss protoplasts that the founder, Itoga (current Founder & CTO), has been researching at RIKEN for many years, and is developing metal recovery filters using moss as a raw material, etc. It is a venture company. So far, the company has been adopted by Fukushima Prefecture's "Fukushima Tech Create," Hiroshima Prefecture's "HIROSHIMA CARBON CIRCULAR PROJECT," Saitama Prefecture's "Subsidy for Circular Economy Type Business Creation Project," etc., and is proceeding with empirical R&D in collaboration with local governments in various regions. The project has been adopted by the "CIRCULAR ECONOMY BUSINESS CREATION FUND" of Saitama Prefecture.
Water pollution caused by mine drainage containing toxic metals due to mining development has become a problem around the world. Japan Moss Factory aims to heal the devastated earth through activities to obtain underground resources, stop the outflow of toxic metals, and realize a world where underground resources can be used in a sustainable manner.

Venture companies that create new industries and change conventional concepts require not only the development of solutions, but also a wide variety of "research and development" in areas such as education and human resource development.
