The kick-off event brought together a total of 40 researchers and potential management talents. The event began with a 1min pitch by all participants to deepen mutual understanding by declaring about each participant's question and passion.

Time was then set aside to consider who they would like to team up with through more in-depth discussions for future team formation.

The team-building program to be conducted this year is a two-day program following the kick-off event.

In this program, we will actually form teams and go through the process of commercialization. Through these two days, we will establish the problem to be solved and the target area, and then dig deeper into the idea.
