【Add Venture Forum 開催報告】2025年12月6日(土)にアド・ベンチャーフォーラム東京 2025冬を開催しました。

(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Shuichiro Takahashi) announced that on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Center of Garage (Sumida-ku, Tokyo), "TheAd Venture Forum Tokyo Winter 2025The "Venture Business Forum" was held in Tokyo, Japan. This forum is designed to bring together graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and young researchers with R&D venture companies through the option of "working in a venture company," and to generate new challenges through dialogue.

On the day of the event, a variety of programs were held to help participants and companies share their awareness of each other's issues and thoughts on research and business, build relationships in a short period of time, and envision the next step forward. Through short seminars, one-minute QP (Question x Passion) presentations, multiple booth sessions, and ad venture pitches, participants engaged in practical dialogue that went beyond the mere exchange of information.

In a short seminar entitled "The QPMI Cycle: Making Your 1-minute Self-Introduction Powerful," participants learned how to verbalize their own questions and passions and how to communicate them to others. In the QP presentations by participating companies that followed, they shared the themes they are currently working on and the challenges they would like to take on together with the participants, laying the groundwork for the dialogue to follow.

In the booth session, the main program, corporate executives and researchers and participants faced each other and deepened discussions transcending differences in research fields and positions. Within the limited time available, a high-density communication was developed, with participants discussing "what we can do together" and "what kind of co-creation challenges we would like to take on," while understanding each other's backgrounds and problem consciousness.

In the "Ad Venture Pitch," which concluded the forum, participants presented their ideas for activities they would like to pursue with the companies they had met. Participants grasped the visions and issues of companies they had met for the first time in a short period of dialogue, and courageously proposed new project ideas by overlapping their own research backgrounds and interests with those of the companies they met.

It is never easy to meet people with different research fields, experiences, and positions, and to find a theme to challenge together while building a relationship of trust in a short period of time. Under such conditions, all participants were able to produce great results by formulating their own questions, drawing up the next steps together with the companies, and reaching the stage of making presentations.

The collaboration ideas generated here will support the next step in the activities of the companies and participants: "Ad Venture ScholarshipThere is also a system whereby participants can receive support for their activities by applying to the "Japan Business Support Center (JBCC)". Participants will work with companies to create a plan to realize their declarations.

The Ad-Venture Forum is a "place of practice" where you can combine knowledge and create new projects, starting with different counterparts and encounters. We will continue to send out opportunities to open up research careers that are not bound by stereotypes.
