Details of Cooperation

While venture firms exhibit growth orientation and risk appetite, they also have characteristics of high bankruptcy rates. Prior research has shown that historical consciousness contributes to corporate longevity, and that long-lived firms formalize their history through family precepts and other means. In this study, we construct a historical consciousness structuring method to describe history for venture companies as one form of formalization. By constructing this method, we aim to develop a method that will lead to growth by forming a decision-making base that will contribute to venture companies in times of difficulty.

Reason for Application

The applicant has been conducting research in the field of business administration with an interest in realizing sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including venture companies. However, most of the existing business administration research has focused on theoretical implications, and the development of methods that can be used in practice has been stagnant. This scholarship program will make it possible to develop management methods while intervening in the field through collaboration with companies. This system is exactly suited to the realization of my goal of proposing management methods that can be applied to the actual management of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Vision for the future

The goal of this activity is to develop a notation for structurally describing the historical consciousness of venture companies. In addition, the goal is for Liberace Capital to be able to use the structurally expressed history as a tool that can be used for branding content that demonstrates the value of the venture company and for venture company support.
