We are pleased to announce that 12 companies have been selected to participate in this forum.

Both of these companies are attracting attention as companies that are changing the world,It is a venture with great momentum. This is a unique opportunity to hear from the founders and researchers active in the venture about how their research experience can be utilized in an R&D venture and what challenges they would like to take on in the future.

Create a small ocean on land to rest the sea.
This venture company aims to create a new "fishery" that does not use the sea through a compact closed-loop land-based aquaculture system that realizes "a system that allows anyone to farm seafood anywhere. While land-based aquaculture is difficult without specialized knowledge, the company has succeeded in developing a container-type aquaculture unit that allows anyone with a space equivalent to that of a car to farm fish with high reproducibility. The company is taking on the challenge of creating a decentralized production and consumption system by involving restaurants, manufacturing plants, and other industries not previously involved in the fisheries industry. We are looking for people who are passionate about adding new concepts to the fishing industry, which has supported human food until now, and who are willing to take on the challenge of solving food problems.

We have developed an innovative microscopic observation technology, MID (Micro Imaging Device), which is completely different from conventional microscopes using lenses, by combining optical and semiconductor technologies. In March 2024, the company raised 80 million yen in a pre-series A second close (total amount raised in pre-series A: 320 million yen (including issuance of J-KISS type stock acquisition rights)). 220 million yen (including the issuance of J-KISS type stock acquisition rights)) and announced that it aims to develop new customers and expand the market for new space applications, mainly bio-experiments in space, by establishing Japan's first private-sector-led low earth orbit space bio-experiment platform.
