In this session, we will have two speakers from companies that are working to solve global issues. In 1983, he joined Yamada Shokai Co. He has been in the back-office consistently in labor, human resources, and accounting, and was appointed as Executive Officer and General Manager of the General Affairs Department in 2012. 2016, he led the launch of "Yamada Shokai Holding" and subsequently experienced many M&As. 2024, he assumed his current position and is currently involved in new business creation for the entire group. In addition, he also serves as a director of the Aichi Prefecture Federation of Social Insurance Committees and as a councilor of the Aichi Prefecture Health Insurance Association.
