Saturday, April 19Add Venture Forum Tokyowill host a panel session, "Ad-Venture Way of Life to Solve the Earth's Challenges". In this session, we will have two speakers from companies that are working to solve global issues. We will discuss the appeal of the ad venture way of life based on their real voices, including their own experiences and the reasons why they started working on their current businesses.

He joined Yamada Shokai Co., Ltd. in 1983. He gained extensive experience in back-office functions—including labor relations, human resources, and accounting—and was appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of the General Affairs Department in 2012. In 2016, he led the launch of “Yamada Shokai Holdings” and has since been involved in numerous M&A transactions. He assumed his current position in 2024 and is currently leading new business development efforts across the entire group. He also serves as a director of the Aichi Prefecture Federation of Social Insurance Committees and as a council member of the Aichi Prefecture Health Insurance Association.
