　Mr. Hong-Kyung Min, President of Liberaware, Inc. was invited to speak about his own experience of starting a business and the specific process of gathering friends. Participants asked him practical questions such as, "What kind of calls did you make? Mr. Minh answered that he had always valued his connections as a researcher and that he conveyed the message that "we can do more interesting things if we work together! and "We conveyed the message that it would be more interesting if we worked together! He also shared his practical knowledge that when he first gathered the members, he did not intentionally look for managers or salespeople, but rather, since they were all engineers, they formed management and sales functions by dividing roles.

　In the work session following the lecture, participants organized their future visions, business concepts, and research progress based on the Tech Planter application, and worked to verbalize their projects. Each "what we want to do" concept was drawn up to form the core of the team, leading to the preparation of presentations for the next program, "Creating a Bigger Vision.
